USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Katy Medical Complex Pharmacy mobile application and websites, including co-branded Katy Medical Complex Pharmacy-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Katy Medical Complex Pharmacy Digital Services”), is subject to the Katy Medical Complex Pharmacy Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
